First Post...hopefully this isn't the last

I've been 40, for a few months now and really things don't seem to have changed all that much but I do think it is a time to look back and evaluate what I have done, see if it has been any good and fix what needs to be fixed. I also want to look forward and see what I can do to explore either options for work, travel or my Faith.
